Who We Are
Brad Andrus
President and Chief Executive Officer
Brad is a co-founder and senior partner emeritus of Bridge Investment Group, a highly regarded real estate fund manager with $50B+ in AUM.
Over his 35 year career, Brad has garnered extensive experience and expertise in real estate and finance, allowing him to successfully oversee a diverse portfolio of investments. With a background in Finance, and a keen eye for emerging market trends, Brad has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities and strategically navigate through various market cycles. Under his leadership, Bridge Investment Group has achieved remarkable growth since its beginning in 1998, delivering significant returns for its clients and partners.
Brad's commitment to excellence is evident in his meticulous approach to due diligence and risk management. He strongly believes in the power of building long-term relationships and aligning the interests of investors and lenders ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. His dedication to transparency and integrity has earned him a stellar reputation in the financial industry.

Clay Andrus
Chief Investment Officer
Clay is a seasoned investor with experience spanning private equity, private credit, real estate, and public markets. He has particular experience in working with lower and middle-market companies in strategy development, strategic planning, capitalization, financial management and corporate development.
Clay began his career at Goldman Sachs underwriting credit exposure to various companies in the energy and real estate sectors. Clay then went to Bridge Investment Group where he was responsible for the structuring and placement of debt for commercial real estate transactions. While at Bridge, Clay co-founded a venture capital investment vehicle and funded 10 startups. Clay then co-founded an entertainment business where he primarily oversaw finance, including raising capital from venture and private equity investors. Clay transitioned from this role to lead finance and strategy for Traeger Grills, a high-growth, private-equity backed consumer products company. Clay left Traeger following a successful exit to join Cimarron Healthcare Capital, a lower-middle market private equity investor focused on recapitalizing and providing growth equity to healthcare services businesses. While at Cimarron, Clay helped the firm raise and deploy over $400m of equity capital and served on the boards of multiple companies. Clay now currently serves as the VP of Strategy and Finance for Christopherson Business Travel, a high-growth, tech-enabled travel management business.
Clay earned a BS in Finance from the University of Utah, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing the CFA charter.
Clay lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and three children.
